Habits take 21 days to become a routine. Once you start it will be the first in many days of gratitude. To build self esteem – make a goal of exercise daily – even if it’s 10 minutes off and on.
1. Join a class. Sign up for some kind of exercise class. Even if it’s a Yoga class. Meeting with others that have exercise as a priority might motivate you to loose weight and get into a habit of movement.
2. YouTube. Check out youtube channels that have specific exercises that motivate you!.
3. DVD’s. Buy some DVDs at Tuesday morning (cheap). Or go online and find some on sale.
4. Go for a walk. Ride a bike. Play with your dog. Walk the stairs.
5. Dance in your house. Do 50 push ups a day. Find a tree to do pull ups on. stretch.
Keep 8 pound weights near you. Keep your arms in shape while watching TV or talking on the phone. Move your arms around to exercise your waist with the 8 pound weights.
Portion control is very important.
Cook up some lentils and mix with grilled vegetables. You will feel full with all the fiber. Research legume recipes. Interested – I have some great ideas – send me a comment.
Eat Breakfast.
Drinks lots of water.
Keep a baggy of healthy snacks.
Remember a pound is 3500 calories. Run or walk 5 miles a day 7 days a week and loose one pound a week.
Cut out 100 calories a day. Drink water with lemon and stevia.
